yeah...so..it went up..and it hit 200. scared me. I talke d to the doctor about getting on a pill to help. Annnd I am taking serious what im eating and working out..at a slow but steady increasing pace. Just need to be determined and persistant...and most of all motivated!
197.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
