so yesterday was the b-day.. treated myself to a brownie and corn on the cob and baby back ribs.... jump on the scale this morning cringing....
OMG down another pound!
WHat do I learn from this - sometimes it pays to cheat!

Its my birthday and I didn't reach my goal after all but I'm still happy with myself. After several months of rapid loss I was bound to reach a point where things would slow down and here I am. 2 lbs to go to goal... I'll do it in August!

Finally saw some movement on the scale! Things are definitely slowing down... Guess this is what happens as you approach your goal weight... not confident I'll actually hit my goal by my birthday - 2.5 lbs in 2 days... nahhhh not likely!
But I'm still really happy!

Another week on the road - this time with the entire senior leadership - 3 meals a day with the group. I'm pretty darn proud and happy that I stuck to the diet most of the time and didn't totally derail my plan.

One week to my birthday and 3 lbs to go!
