I seem to stabilizing at 142 which is fine. I think I will stick here for a few weeks and then make a real push for 135. Feeling really good these days - back in the gym, back on my bike...
I dropped 10 years when I dropped 30lbs!

I know I'm supposed to move on to the consolidation phase now that I've achieved my goal but I just don't feel like stopping at this point. I find the cruise phase amazingly easy to follow and I think I'd like to lose another 10lbs so I'm going to continue on to 135lbs.
