Hi.. I'm a mother of 4 children.. I would always use being overweight on having babies or my diabetes.. I cannot do that anymore... lol I want to take control of my eating habits and my overall health.. The most I have ever weighed in at was 182 after the birth of my 3rd child... I would like to be at 155 if possible.. My weight fluctuates constantly... Right now im at 168 to 165... Im closer to my ideal weight more than ever.. But unfortunately Stress and Mood are my constant enemies in this battle...
