still on salad and eggs and sardines. lots of greens. also taking magnesium, pink salt and potassium (nusalt) in my salad. daily intake of ACV (pills). had some issues with bloating but some Bulgaria Natural Yogurt help me.

focus on salad and eggs and or sardines. using only Olive Oil for dressing. 3 to 6 eggs a day. 5 to 6 cups of lettuce and spinach. small amount of red onion, olives and various spices. limited snacks, still no coffee no Stevia. between 2.5 to 3 liters of water a day.
