overseas mission trip to El Salvador coming up, so will pause keto for a few weeks until I return. I am experiencing gas and bloating... will research on steps to ease back with carbs in my diet.

weigh in morning after 84 hours of fasting. water, electrolytes and coffee... feeling good this morning. was very hungry last night, but endured. this morning will wait till I am hungry before breaking my fast. lowest weight so far on Fasting and Keto.

finally learning what works for me to loose weight, what I can do to maintain weight and what will help me gain weight... so completing a 3 day fast today. so while on KETO, need to cut back on the amount of dietary fat. found out too much dietary fat stalls and stops my weight loss. but it also is a great way to maintain weight...

been stuck at this weight for a while, 3 weeks. but good news is that I know what works to maintain weight. so going to do extended fast to kick start my weight loss again and ensure ketosis.
