Holidays... what can you say..
i stopped Keto for Christmas, and indulged myself.
I did enjoy the time off, and the food... yes, everything non-keto friendly
why I love this plan, I can start back up all over again...
starting a new 5 day FAST.

day one after a 10 day water fast. salad, nuts, some guacamole, deli meat and cheese... obviously I was full, and now my gut has retained it to add more weight.feel hydrated. it was hard to stay hydrated during the fast. the 3 pounds is obviously the food and water retention.
