How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Only time I am weighed is on my checkups at the doctor which is usually every 2-3 months. I would like it to be more often but I don't own a scale and I don't want to be discouraged by things if they don't go my way on a weekly basis. It has worked well for me so I can't complain!
