I am not one for protein shakes, but I found that having a glass of Bantee shake on Saturday worked for me. I went to a dinner party feeling full and it discouraged me from snacking. My dinner choice was then easier as I didnt feel to need to fill up on carbs. Seems like a great way to avoid the indulgence.

Stepped onto the scale this morning to find that I finally broke through the 60 barrier and came in just under at 59.8.
I have realised that it takes a lot of patience and hard work to get the kgs moving down. This Monday, a few glasses of wine over the weekend, saw the scale tipping at 61.6kg and not much of a drop on Tuesday. A few fast days and exercise, low carb and 16:8 has culminated to my lowest weight recorded in over 10 years.
I am glad I get motivated by the support I find on this site. Lets keep it clean on the weekend and stay motivated!!

Happy with my unofficial weigh in, I didnt weigh in on an empty stomach this morning but I am still happy with a drop in the right direction.
Some additional info, since Feb, I have lost 13cms around my waist and overall fat % has dropped significantly.

21.2 lb
still to go:
11.9 lb

After a rough weekend at work, my food and carb consumption sky rocketed. I managed an hour of exercise yesterday to help with the stress but I still ended up binging all evening.
I hope that I find my inspiration on fat secret to get through to todays fast day.
