I finally had 3 full days of no work in 7 months and I feel normal again. This weekend I managed 2 days of gym and I reached 17 days of clean eating, although the scale is not budging much, I am hoping for a drop with my weigh-in later this week and the cms have shown some slight changes.
I have beach holiday coming up in just over 5 weeks and I am motivated to get as toned as possible by then. Its a tough one with my working hours but I plan to put in 100% of the effort to get me as close to my goal as possible... low carb, IF and exercise, hopefully its a recipe for success.

Its been an emotionally tough week with my fur baby having surgery and still in hospital but I have managed two days of gym and a relatively good diet. My only downfall may be being way under my daily calories for the past 4 or 5 days. Just going to keep at it....

Its been a week of exercise (5 of 7 days) and eating clean so I am a little disappointed at the drop. I am hoping that the next 7 days will reveal better results and i will tweak my diet a little as well to see what works. I am also measuring my progress and will see if there is a difference when i measure this weekend.

It's been a year and a half since I have been on fat secret and right now i need the motivation I have had before to lose these extra kilos. On IF, I have managed to keep most of the weight off but I need to lose the xmas weight now. 6 days of clean eating so far, lets see how this goes.... good luck to everyone.
