Hi im Eden! I'm a 27 year old male and i've been over indulgent in the last little while :). As of about 3 months ago I had been on a weight loss diet, developed for me personally by a professional nutritionist. While this worked well and I lost 10kilos in about 14 weeks, I found that as I had started weight training I was struggling with energy and keeping my muscle gain. After a lot of research and learning about nutrition from my nutritionist and using a lot of info from scoobysworkshop dot com (which is a great free site, without the typical biased product pushing crapola), I figured out a plan that works for me, i've been on it for a little while now and am noticing i can maintain the muscle gain at gym and still am getting a good weight loss, over time im hoping my fat secret account will reflect this also!
