My name is Lacy, and I will soon be 21!!

When I was very young at the age of 2 1/2 I started dance, all kinds until I was around the age of 11. I grew up in a very loving but twisted family lol, so living with a bunch of emotional eaters, I quickly jumped of the band wagon and started to gain weight. It didn't help that my grandparents (though I love them dearly!!) used to give me adult portions when we ate ever since I could remember. Anyways, from quitting my dance career so early in the game, and learning horrible eating habits I have battled with losing weight since I was about 12-13.. It seems like when I look back every summer I spent bundled up and closed indoors, too embarrassed to play with other kids, mind you I wasn't that overweight, but I have many mind "demons" which also probably popped up due to what I saw while growing up.

Anyways started the fat smasher's diet 2 weeks ago from this date (July 14th 2009) and I have already lost almost ten pounds!! I have total motivation to keep this up, I love how my clothes are practically melting off!! :0) Its a fantastic change, for the mind and soul to know I am truly becoming a healthy person again!
