HI!!! I joined fatsecret yesterday... because I had been struggling lately with my weightloss, but i have actrually been dieting since august... I live in a dustbowl in southern arizona, I moved down here to be by my parents in thier... hmmm "retirement", well have been here two years and noticed I started ballooning out... sitting around in the heat and monsoons wasnt helping my figure any... I had come from south dakota where I went camping and fishing and swimming you name it... any way... here I am to date frustrated and fat, with no self esteem left grasping at straws hoping for inspiration in my constatnt battle to become me again... does that make sense... Any way hope to meet lots of encourageing friends and confindants.. Thank you in advance Fatsecret....

MMMM Coca cola Zero
Ok I know that this is kind of off the wall but I have discovered CocaCola Zero.. OMG this stuff is great especially when I need something sweet.. it does tend to foam up a little more than regular coke but geez this is good. Very Happy

Net carbs... huh?
Ok so Ive been taking some time off and reading my handy dandy atkins book (trying to refocus) and i still cant grasp the difference between carbs and net carbs and how to calculate and what the difference is and and and.. this is so confuseing!! any way any ideas or can someone explaine this to me in laymans terms? thank a bunch everyone.... MeEmbarassed
