its the weekends and so far the diet's still within control.
i'm not pleased with the 40 WW Points I amassed today, though.
Red Seafood Risotto: tomato-based (no cheese); seafood (high protein, low fat). GREAT.
why the f#ck did she have to order a slice of that bloody Chocolate Banana Espresso cake? WHY?
note to self: cakes are from the devil. Period.
should've just gone to Subway.
on a positive note, a scoop of whey protein's done wonders for my recovery.
every time after the 100 push-up regime from now on!
Target Tomorrow: 1.4km swim + =<30 WW Points

Weighed in today.
A week ago:
85.3kg
(
188 lbs
) and
19.4
% Fat
Now:
83.19kg
(
183.4 lbs
) and
18.5
% Fat.
Weight taken after:
1) 2 Hours Tennis
2) 3 Beers
3) Proper Hydration
4) Lunch
So I doubt water weight-loss had anything to do with the loss.
C'mon!

losing 4.6 lb a week

I've been fat all my life.
I'll keep the numbers in Kilos as that's what we use in Singapore.
Before I entered the Army (A national requirement here in Singapore), I was 111 Kilograms.
Within half a year, I'd lost 31 kilos to hit 80.
Throughout the remaining 18 months of service, I maintained within the range of 80-85 kilos, with a fat percentage of 17-19%.
After the Army, I started working and piling the weight (mostly Fat). I got as heavy as 98 kilos, without ever hitting triple digits.
My goal now is to hit 77 kilos with a body fat percentage of 12% or below.
Currently, using my scale, I'm 188 pounds with 18.5% of body fat.
I play tennis on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 2 to 2 1/2 hour sessions which burns a minimum of 1200 calories per session.
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are swim/jog days. A mile long (1.6km) swim (Freestyle/Breaststroke only) and 3 mile jogs (5-6km).
I've been doing this for the past 6 weeks and have seen great results. I'm not doing weights because I'm aiming to achieve a lean body with low body fat percentage.
I do my own dieting, with a cheat meal once or twice a week.
That is all.
