Another week, and the progress is still good.
I've stuck mostly to my diet, and kept the calorie count in check.
I've also managed to consistently hit at least 100g of Protein a day (more on days when I do strength training).
I'm also constantly under calculating the Calories Burnt. I always stick to 16 hours of Rest and 8 hours is sleep, when I'm most likely sitting or walking around most of the time.
Last week:
80.8
Kg (177.8 lbs) and
17.7
% Fat.
This week:
80.18
Kg (176.4 Lbs) and
17.5
% Fat.
I'll definitely hit below 80 Kg by my next weigh-in. First time in a Decade!

Amazing!
I didn't have the best of weekends (food intake wise) and am pleasantly surprised to drop a fair number of pounds.
I'm guessing Lean Mass (from Tennis, Swimming and Push-up challenge), Low Fat and High Protein intake helped.
I even had 6 beers last night!
Last week 82.1 Kgs and 18+% Fat
Today:
80.8
Kg (177.8 lbs) and
17.7
% Fat.

Was on Holiday for 3 days, so the week kinda evened out.
Had too much to drink and too much to eat.
Target for next Weigh-in: At least go down to 81Kgs.

Went on Holiday.
And as expected, I whacked the calories.
Up 6,000 in 3 days? And I think I'm under-calculating here.
Oh well, no regrets and now back to the diet.

A week ago:
83.2Kgs (183.4 lbs) 18.5% Fat
Now:
82.09Kgs (180.6 lbs) 18.2% Fat
I'm well pleased with my progress.
Again, weight taken after 2 Hours of Tennis, Lunch, alotta hydration and 4 Cans of Heineken.
I'm keeping within my Weight-Watchers Points (36), doing Tennis Thrice a week and the Push Up Challenge.
