Hmm. What to say? Well, I'm in the unique position of being a single mom of 3...a 16 year old, a 17 year old, and a 3 month old. I've struggled with an eating disorder off and on since I was pregnant with my 16 year old, so I have to watch myself so that I don't fall into bad habits.
I hurt my knee and had to have surgery, then after months of recovery time for that, I fell off of a Ripstik (think skateboard, only with the words "death trap" tattooed on the side) and broke my elbow, tore my cartilage in my shoulder, and sprained my wrist. After those two workout destroyers, and tons of global travel for work, I was up about 40 pounds. I dropped 25 (admittedly, some of that was NOT healthy loss) and then found out I was (shockingly) pregnant and had to be on bed rest for months. Fortunately, I only gained about 12 pounds with my pregnancy though and am now 2 lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight. So 13 pounds and a ton of toning to go! I'm using my daughter's 16th bday cruise as my motivation. We leave July 21st, and I want to feel GOOD in a bikini. :)
