Guidelines:

What I did this morning...
Wow..I am TONS stronger. I just did my pushups with my legs up so I could make them harder. I was nose to the floor on them! I also did the tricep ROWS with 15 pounds per arm this time. Yikes! Yay ...

I've done this before...
I love how he has so much information out there to make it easy. There are also a TON of options which really helps. :) Good luck Yvonne!!
