I'm 33 years old, married (no kids), and live a very busy, crazy life in Virginia. I am a group fitnesss instructor teaching Body Combat, and also am an avid rock-climber. My goal is eating clean and getting leaner - and I am able to stick to the diet plan half the time, but I'm having a hard time with cheating here and there! Without a deadline or timeline, it's hard to keep my focus and stay on track. So I need support!

STAYING MOTIVATED... HARD TO DO?
Katana: I am not sure if SamiSmile can be considered as possible "wannarexic" if her goal weight is healthy 165 lbs and she is trying the realistic approach of cutting/increasing one area or another depending on the day to achieve healthy balance? It's perfectly okay to limit total calorie intake if you know you won't be able to exercise that day, as long as you get enough calories to sustain your resting metabolism, and vice versa. In my humble opinion, if your goal weight is actually 104 lbs, that may actually be too low to be healthy, and you may want to reassess it too. Just recommending a caution - not trying to be offensive either. Smile
