54 yrs, had a serious weight problem in the late teens but slimmed down in the 20's, slowly expanded during the 30's & 40's, had back problems in late 40's which forced weight loss & improved fitness, these days reasonably under control with eating habits but would like to push through the current weight level once and for all.

in terms of getting up earlier to have something to eat before work, i seem to always find myself rushing about in the morning and pretty much unwilling to sacrafice the extra 15 mins of zzz's to have a normal home made breakfast

sorry for late reply, with respect I don't get the concept of 15 mins extra sleep if it means you miss breakfast and run for the train, why not go to bed 15 mins earlier ?? Has the same logic to me !

Looking for Buddies
how do I ask someone to be my buddy ? As a regular member can I get a list of all members ? For example I know someone is a member but how do I invite that person to become my buddy ?

Hey buddy ! For breaky why don't you try toast (low glycemic of course) with low fat cottage cheese, preferably eaten before you leave home in the morning and not at work, you just need to set the alarm to give you enough time.
