My name is Molly. I started gaining weight after high school I am a small person so it seems to creep on fast. Anway I was married 3yrs July 5th 06' soon after my husband and I packed on the pounds. We would like to try to have children within the next couple yrs, but Health is important I want to live healthy lives and lose the weight for me and my future children's sake. So i am here hoping this will help aid my weight loss goals. Any advice will be helpful :o)

I think that the reward thing is a good Idea as long as it isn't food that you are using to reward yourself . And as far as weighing yourself I was just reading something about how much your weight can go up and down depending on your diet,wether your ill or not,drinking the apropriate amount of fluids , and working out, there are alot of factors that play on your weight soI guess just don't do it daily maybe once a week. that is just my opionion and get rid of anything you don't want to ingest in your pantry.. donate or hide it someplace for the rest of your family in a certain drawer or whatever.. good luck .. My goal is Holidays too 30lbs Wink
