I am a self processed foodie, and so is my husband. I love cooking and experimenting with food and wine. I get excited and inspired by looking through cookbooks and watching cooking shows. I want to make/try it all! We love entertaining and focus our socializing around eating and relaxining.
I'm in my 40's and have been trying to lose the same 10-15 lbs for years. My exercise habits go in spurts.... it's either all or nothing. Unfortunately I have found it very difficult with the cold weather (I'm in Canada) to feel motivated to leave the house and go to the gym lately.
I love playing squash, and bikeriding. I've tried yoga and pilates - but it's not really my thing. I would love to find some balance in my life by being more active, and getting my family and friends involved.
