Try to make every meal as colourful as possible. Remember, the more colours on your plate the more healthy your meal is. Have fun with this and challenge yourself to try one new fruit or vegetable every week.

Put down the salt shaker!

Adding extra salt will only make you retain water. So if you think you have been eating extra healthy, but can't seem to shed those lbs, think about the extra salt you are adding to things. Try to give it up... and you WILL notice a difference.
