I was always skinny as a child and through my late teens. I could eat what I want and not worry about where it was going. After having my son almost 4 years ago, my weight seems to yo-yo a few pounds here and there. Usually my weight just keeps on climbing a pound here and a pound there. I knew I had to do something about it when I looked at the scale and it said 159. I am a 25 year-old female, 5 feet 4 inches tall. I am overweight for my height. If I don't try to do something about it now I know it can affect my health.
