They are sweet and yummy and a great (and healthy) replacement for sugars, candies, chocolates, etc. Strawberries, Melons and Bananas, oh MY!

Work it Out!

Get off your big bottom and DO SOMETHING! With beautiful weather and lots of sun, there's no excuse for you to not go take a walk, ride your bike, or even go for a early evening jog. Plus, all that exercise won't hurt weight loss either!

Cut out the Processed Foods

Our bodies weren't built to run on chemicals, and all the extra junk we consume winds up right in the trunk! You know the old adage that if you swallow gum it take 7 years for it to come out? What do you think happens to food coloring, preservatives, aspartame, etc? Eat stuff from the earth and your body will thank you!

It seems easy enough, but how much water do we REALLY drink each day? Make sure to drink at least 8 glasses (but why not aim for 12?!) each day of this challenge.
