Its a beautiful day today! (it's bee rainy/cloudy all week besides today). Also, its a beautiful day because I saw a number on the scale that I cant remember ever seeing!!! I am in the 140's!! (even though its 149, its a start!) Thats motivation enough for me to keep going. I dont think I've been in the 140s since middle school when I hit puberty! haha.
I've been sticking 100% to the south beach diet.
I have 14-19 more pounds to lose to reach my goal, and I plan on staying around that goal then for my wedding and the rest of my life.
If I've come this far (Summer 2007: 185lbs; Now: 149) I can keep going and reach my goal. :)

Can someone help me with some ideas on how to get off a plateau! I've hit a brick wall and my weight has been the same for a few weeks now and I am struggling to get past it.

Great News!!!
Now I have more motivation than EVER to lose weight because yesterday, on my and my boyfriends 2 year anniversary, HE PROPOSED!!! So now I have a wedding to plan for and a new body that I want to get for it! YAY!!!! :)
