So far so good! I've been doing some form of work-out daily for 20-30 minutes (going on the elliptical, taking the dog for a walk, doing strength exercises).
I'm determined to lose the weight!

I'm starting, or at least trying, to get into the habit of waking up early so I can work out, or at least take my dog for a walk before I have to get ready for work. I've had friends tell me that working out in the morning really helps to energize you for the day. I want to get down to my goal weight (130) and I know I can do it if I just keep my mind focused. I can't even remember the last time I was below 150 so to be less than 150 would be a huge accomplishment for me!
