I definately slacked this first week back. well, as of wednesday I should say since thats when I re-started the weight watchers. I've done OK with food, but haven't really had time to work out (excuses, i know...) but it's hard to find time to do what I want to do since I'm a full time student and I work full time. I try to wake up early, but this past week I've just been so lathargic and so tired! It was like pulling teeth to drag myself out of bed this morning. I've been trying to get to work at least 15-30 early every day for some extra over time, and i dont want to lose that over time, but sometimes i feel like i should first worry about working out in the morning instead of getting to work early, then once I have that routine down of working out early, then I start waking up earlier so I can work back in my overtime... ahhh decisions decisions....

I switched over to weight watchers from South Beach. I just always would have trouble finding good comfort food I could have in South Beach, and that warm/hot comfort food is what I need this time of year. And I know there's plenty out there for any diet, but sometimes I dont have the time to prepare a good meal that goes with my diet and takes 30 minutes to prepare and another 30 min or more to cook. I'm busy busy busy and am looking forward to the day when I'm not so busy.

First day back on south beach, restarting it. Had a yogurt for breakfast, so that threw me off on my first day, but I still think thats better than having toast or a muffin any day! plus I didnt want it to go to waste in the work refridgerator.
Rest of the day is going good.
I'm going grocery shopping after work to pick up some more things to keep me on my game :)

After completely pigging out yesterday on carbs, I've decided it's time to get serious and restart my diet. I have goals, I can reach them. I can be strong.
