About six months ago, I weighed myself and I was 223. For many months I did nothing about it. While making a photo album of a trip I took with my wife in September 2010, I realized that I needed to lose the weight. Here we are in February and I've managed to get under 200. I'm currently trying to get to 190 but ultimately I'd like to get to 185.

**Update**
February 5, 2011 - I just reached my first goal of 190, now I'm shooting for 185. One down, one more step to go.

**Update**
March 10, 2011 - I finally broke 185. Now it's time to maintain and work on sculpting certain areas.

Any advice on how to curb sugar cravings??
I use Orange Tic Tacs as a way to sneak in a sugary substance. I usually keep an old container and empty half of any new package into the old one. That way the worse you can do is 60 calories if you eat all of them.
