I have struggled with my weight most of my life. I lose weight only to gain it right back. I went on Weight Watchers about one and a half years ago. lost 60 lbs. Hurt my knees exercising now unable to exercise and have gained 10 lbs back already. My primary care physician recommended Alli. She said to use it as a learning tool to ear right. I'm on the right track once again and want to lose another 60 lbs.
