My name is Antonia. I'm 23. I've always been over wright no matter what age I was. I've done keto late last November 2017 to December 31 2017. I lost in total 25 pounds I went from 394 to 379. New Years Eve happened and I decided to do a cheat day. Well that cheat day went into cheat week that turned into months. I avoid the scale, the nutrition value listed on everything. I ate fast food, drank soda. I've noticed that I drink a lot of my calories. I think I probably drank up to fifteen hundred + calories per day and ate two thousand calories daily. I gained all my wait back plus 10 pounds. I weighted myself on June 10th of this year and I weight 404 pounds at 5'10. I get told I don't look my weight by a few people. I hold a lot of my weight in my thighs/hips, stomach and lower back. I wear anywhere from a size 3XL to a 4XL. I want to be healthier for me. My Journey started on June 11, 2018
