I was not aware that the monster protein shake I had to hold me over until lunch was 418 calories! Wow!

Walked outside today, no humidity, nice breeze. Had a heavy eating day yesterday with two Klondike ice cream bars. Moving those to the basement freezer today, too tempting. Out to eat tonight so will eat light during the day.

Tough day yesterday. Worked 12 hr and came home to water in the basement (from the sewer, ewwwww!). Still cleaning up that mess. Happy to see a bit of weight loss.
