The pandemic weight gain is real! I've gained 10 lbs and already needed to lose 10 before we quarantined. 62, female and homemaker who sells products online, crafts and takes care of 5 cats, 2 dogs and helps take care of 3 (domestic) fancy ratties does not spell fit as a fiddle. I'm an avid You Tube DIY viewer (hey, inspiration and non-political) which means not active 'enough'. I live just outside of town on 7 acres (not complaining) but not a lot of level walking area that's cleared of poison ivy (I'm extremely allergic, haha) and not comfy at the pandemic moment to visit a gym. Not asking for suggestions, I know what I need to do. haha Started today counting the calories, bought the Slim Fast and fresh veggies/fruits and put the chips 'out of sight'...I still have kids at home so...sigh. Just need a big dash of willpower! 1,400 Cals/day for loss of 1 lb/week. 1,000/day if I want MORE loss FASTER. Who doesn't want the latter? LoL
