Well I was doing so well yesterday I did my 1.5 run in 14:48 29sec cut off and did my turbo jam as of 5pm I had only had about 500 calories all day, and I probably would have been fine except I was with friends and one started asking about so old time stuff about my life and the stress came back, I was to tired to workout which is always my combat on stress so I ended up eating probably another 500 cal when I came home on top of the 300(at least) I had with the girls. Sleep horrible last night i dont think I actually fell asleep til 7 am and back up at 9 I have to work all day and Iam beat. But Iam gona run down stairs and do at least my turbo jam no running today.

Well did ok last night had dinner with mycousin and his wife and my adorable godson Let me tell you the little bugger is just over a year and is he up and moving I spent the first hours chasing him in circles around the house, who needs a gym when you have a kid around, my arms are even alittle sore from picking him up and tossing him around. did have some whole wheet spagetti with meat sauce and some pieces of apple and cheese for dinner then for some reason (TOM coming) I stopped on the way home and got a small sugar free fat free icecream. UPPS
Well back to today just had some cottage cheese 140c and my WU LONG tea gona let that settle then gona do my run and turbo jam and see how feel to do more. Have to plant some flowers today and do watering have a big party at my house next weekend to get prepared for. So see how I do

Gona give myself alittle break today with workout. I think I have been doing really well, Think the legs need alittle rest from running every day but back at it tomorrow. I may however be heading to the park with my godson (just over one) and walk or play with him alittle tonight, so I think that counts somewhat. Eating doing ok. See how I hold up next few day I have TOM coming and I may ride my motorcycle up to my parents tomorrow to see my neiphew off to his first day of preschool!!! Ill probably cry before my sister does I just love love love that little guy.

Well the weight dropped back down probably shouldn't have charted it but its the first lost in some time
did 1.5miles 15:15 (not good time) 10 more min walk
20 min turbo jam I wasn't even gona workout beacuse I got no sleep today after working all night but I had a stressful issue come up and needed to relieve it, it helped for now
Started the WU LONG tea have to see if something will help Iam on a mission now, trying not to get depressed over the fact I probably won't do very well on my fitness test next week but Iam not completly giving up yet

Well went to another cook out and did well. Had three pieces of shrimp, hot sausage with peppers small piece of steak, grean bean cass. some tom with fresh mozz cheese. I know it sounds like alot but I only took tiny samples of all so I got to try all but was not pushing it. With all that stuff on my plate I still had room and nothing was stacked!!!
Gona take it easy for day cause I have to work tonigt but plan on before work run on treadmill, turbo jam 20 and a leg workout. Iam kinda gona cheat for a bit and try the WU LONG TEA to see if it will help jump start some weight loss. Getting tired of the weight not coming down. Also have TOM coming this week so Iam sure holding some water weight. Let you know tomorrow how I do.
