YUKSSSSS I finally weighed in from vacation and oh my god I gained 6 lbs I feel like I gained 20!! Could you imagine if I hadn't worked out at all!!! Well No games here If I put it on in a week Iam only giving myself one week to take it off!!! So Today I ran/walked 1.5miles (it started to rain and didn't want the puppy all wet) Did 20 min cardio kickboxing and 20 min of total body cardio sculpting.
Gona meet some friends for lunch then come home and try and get on the treadmill and walk for 10 or 15 mins.
This sucks starting over again.
it amazing that you can put so much on so fast and it takes triple the time to take if off!!!! I visited HELL on vacation in Grand Cayman and I think I brought it back with me!!!!!!lol

BACK!!!! from vacation and it was great, (except for the other couple that went with us tha bitched about everything) I had great food (obviously I gained like 7 lbs) Iam not recording it yet cause my its my first day back and I just want my system to get back on track. But I did somewhat keep up my workouts. I did 1.5 run on the upper deck of the ship, a two mile run on the treadmill and a 2-2.5 mile walk on the beach with my guy. Plus walked and walked around everywhere.
I also got to go rock climbing which was awesome and a great workout, did a zip line and repelling, snorkling and playing with the stingrays. Plus we never never took the elevator we always took the stairs,and our room was on the 10th floor. Well back to my routine, and looking to drop as much as possible by the holidays.
And PS I dont regret the weight gain in the least bit I had fun and thats what lifes about.

Well something Iam doing is working down another
hey heres hoping to go past the 160 mark before Sat. I know Iknow far fetched but the weight is finally coming off so is it really far fetched.
ran/walked (mostly ran) 3miles up and down hills today and did some sit ups. Wanted to do some strenght training but have tohead out of house.

Well I have been trying to do the 10 fast but I have a hard time not eating but my appettite has gone way down. Actually Iam only hungry about once a day and other then that I munch on some crackers to off set the lemon in my belly. something must be working cause the scale went down finally.
Ok I was to embrassed to put it on but I have been actually at 167 for about 10 days now. But this morning I weighed in and was 163.5 YA ME IF IT HOLDS OR GOES DOWN. Heres hoping since I leave for my cruise on Saturday.
