Well had a few to many glasses of wine and cheese last night at a bomb fire but I had a blast. Today Iam off to
run my mile and 1/2 let you know later how I do( hopefully I take about 30sec more off)EDIT: did 15:15min so 15sec off times running out for my test, turbo jam 20 min and haven't yet but gona try getting tru turbo legs and I did the bender ball for ab (thats an ab workout in a short time and not doing much).
Woke up hunger so I had some cottage cheese and a cup of coffee so waiting for that to settle before i run.Don't have much else planned today except its sunny sunny out so I think a walk with the dog and maybe laying out for a relaxing tan is in order. Check in later

Ok so got up today and did the following workout
15 min treadmil walking/(little run)with weights in hand
20 min turbo jam workout
yummi lee upper body toning and abe
eating a 2egg omelet with pepper onion and spinach with two pieces of bacon

Hi everyone haven't written in a few work has been crazy, Came down from the 2lb spike but just still don't get it. I took the last two days off from working out for one on wed I stood with all my gear on for 10hrs in 90 deg weather wathcing over a scene( talk about taking it out of you) and yesterday I was beat and need some time to relax. But today ate ok not great but not bad and exercise
run 1.5mil 15:30 down 18 more seconds still about 3 mins to come off by sept 12 situps and a I think called blaster ball abe workout either way it looked inocent but Iam feeling them already. Did a few pushups but the wrist is doing worse instead of better so its taking a bit. I hope the weight comes off soon got my new bathsuit for the cruise and it looks TERRIBLE, a whale in pink!!!!!

Ok now Iam getting annoyed~!!!! Made turkey cutlets with oven baked butternut squash and zucchini and carrots last night. After the awesome workout and now its saying Iam up to 167.5 this is nuts. What the heck is going on?????? Iam limiting my portions and working my butt off this can't just be a phase!!!!
