Well, these numbers looked perfect to me. Gained a pound.
Here are some of the tricks I tried in November : really low carb (except for yesterday, all that talk about thyroid problems with lower carb got me scared), lower cal, lower protein. Results : nada.
Could it be the decaf???? I drank it once in a while, but now it's every day. Will give that a shot this week.

Will try : up my carbs to 30-35 for a day.
Can't believe 3 low cal days did not produce better results.
Jenny Ruhl seems to make sense. Don't know how, yet, but will read more of her material.

Gained one poind
Low carb is not working for me. But I like it. Will go super low cal for a few days if I can. Can't bear to be gaining weight with a diet!
