I much prefer eating more protein than fat. Much easier for me - I'm not questionning my food choices as much.

Gained a pound. Calories too low? Had 2 decaf + 2 sweeteners + 1 can of diet pop.
Today, no decaf, and will up my calories.
Will continue on high protein moderate fat.
