Sweet
Start with water, then try gum (if I am out somewhere), fruit, or yogurt. But if I haven't had anything in a while (a week or so, but you have decide what is right for you) then I may give in to a one time sweet, in moderation. I find that if I always deny my body, it will revolt against me and the cravings get worse, not better.
