I am a stay at home mother of two.

My oldest is 11 and has food allergies (the biggest being milk) among other issues which make staying on track difficult. I tend to worry more about him and his diet than my own.

My youngest is 3. He just started afternoon pre-school. This is a blessing. I will finally have a little bit of me time at least a few days a week.

I have dieted off and on since I was 14. My stepmom had made me join Weight Watchers with her. I believe this is the starting point of my emotional eating issues. I do believe different diets can work for different people, however I always tend to fall off the band wagon within a month to two months. That is why this time I am NOT dieting. I am making a life style change for me and my family. I don't want my kids to grow up having the same problems I have had with food most of my life.

If you read this BIO, Please help me stay motivated to keep on the good track for my kids' sake.
