My name is Lacey, I'm 28, married to a chef and have 4 amazing kids. I'm a Beachbody coach and in a few weeks I'll be a Cize Live Trainer as well. I've been at my weight loss journey for years it feels like but I always gave up. This time I have been attempting to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle since August 2015 when I reach my pregnancy weight without having a baby. I finally said... this is ENOUGH! So I got it together and signed up with Beachbody as a Coach and have been losing weight ever since! For exercise I use CIZE by Shaun T Dvds and for nutrition I watch my portioning, drink Shakeology, and make sure I don't just count calories, but count what kind of calories I'm eating. 50 calories of junk is not the equivalent of 50 calories of food. Food for Fuel!
