Holiday almost over, lol!! Gotta get back on track. I sent my kids off to camp this morning. So for the next 3 days, I'll be cleaning house and planning meals. Should be easier to get an after holiday head start! I was amazed at the calories burned for yard work. So I think I'll weed out my rose garden and fix up my vegetable planter boxes also. My veggie garden is kinda sad right now b/c of the heat.

Yesterday, we had family over and had lots of good food. I made fresh peas from the garden, a nice and rich homemade mac & cheese, cob corn, green salad..grilled porkchops, ect. I was tired and busy, so I ended up only eating some mac and some peas. I also snacked on some blueberries. I think maybe the champagne kept me from eating so much..lol. All in all, wasn't too bad. If I can just get better for the rest of the weekend. heehee. Holidays, gotta love em. :)
My pedometer isn't working today, but yesterday I had 6076 steps. (3.86 miles, and 349.8 cal burned) That's pretty much an average day for me I'm guessing. Just the typical up and doing things all day. :)

I wore my pedometer yesterday...Friday is my errand/shopping day...I managed 7247 steps!!
I was soooo tired when I got home, that I passed out on the couch by 10pm. My steps were equivalent to 4.58 miles, and 414.8 calories. Still at 176lbs today.
Oh yeah, I busted my water bottle in my car too, so I HAD to drink it all up..lol.

I didn't get enough sleep last night and it really showed this morning. Aside from all the nasty crap I ate yesterday. Feeling a little disappointed in myself this morning. Today will be better, I just know it! Starting off on a clean slate every day sure feels good.

Yay! Lose 10lbs by August! I'm so excited. Can't wait to see how everything looks by next Friday!
I recorded my measurements so I can see how they change. Being optimistic.

Hips: 43
Right now, my waist size is what my hip size was in high school..it has been about 14 years tho. :)
