I slacked all last week on entering anything in here. I've been trying to avoid those potatoes and rice meals at dinner and replacing with a different veggie. So far my family has not complained yet!!
Yesterday was my 13th wedding anniversary, so I'm back on track as of today for entering in and motivation! I'll be a cleaning freak this week, working on cleaning out my excess baggage in my house. (Spent a day watching Hoarders marathon, and have to say it inspires me to gut out my house..lol)

Hey all! Last night's dinner of Pasta AlFredo has made me lose my appetite all day today. Have been feeling nauseated most of the day. Blood sugars have been good tho. I had a decent lunch, and Cant WAIT till dinner. I'm starving. I have some awesome baked chicken cooking in the oven as we speak...smelling delicious in there. Think I'll try the Parmesan asparagus tonight with my chicken. :)

Well it's Monday~ A New Day, New Week! I'll try again. This weekend was a bust. Seemed to weigh more this morn, but motivated to say the least. I have a Dr visit coming up at the end of the month and need to be down by 5-10lbs.
Goals this week:
Drink water
EVERY day
, and put in some exercise regardless of what it is
every day
! Also to limit my time in the office...just enough to get my work done, so that I'll be able to monitor my steps. Yesterday, got over 5500 steps. 1/2 of my goal. :)

Waffle House is not good for dieters. All I can say...lol. I was so hungry yesterday I opted for 2 grilled cheeses instead of double hashbrowns. But all in all I stayed within/under my RDI. I have it set at 1500, but really want it around 1300 or less. So Progress is not futile.
Plan to have more water today. Hopefully I'll drink both of my 32oz serving bottles today. :)
Today is also my youngest daughter's bday. She's '8' today!!
