Here's the gameplan :)
I know that starting on new year's is a bit cliche, but I'm going to do it anyways...It'll give me a chance to get organized and get things made and frozen. I have vowed to myslef to keep exercising this week, regardless of what I eat.
Here's my list of 2011:
1. Make/plan dinners 2 days in advance.
2. Preferred beverages: Tea, hot or cold, Coffee, and Lorina French Lemonade, or Diet Sierra Mist with Cranberry. Other sodas to avoid alcohol.
3. Always have a water bottle in the fridge.
4. Fast Food: There shouldn't be a need, but no more than 2 times a week.
5. Always have workout clothes in the car. (Pack a gym bag)
6. Calories: 1600-1900, 2000 MAX. Readjust when you hit 200.
7. Workout Schedule:

Saturday-Monday: Treadmill and Walk away the Pounds
Tuesday: Treadmill and Aqua Zumba
Wednesday-Friday: Treadmill and Curves
