My low calorie intake was very unintentional today, but couldn't be helpted. I had waited too late to eat today, eating breakfast about 3pm. :( I had had coffee and a few nibblings but it wasn't much certainly. I will make sure I make up for it tomorrow :)

I'm not unhappy with this daily weighin...I ate a lot of fibrous things such as lentils and green beans, plus I've had 2 days in a row with a 3lb loss. I'm more worried abou building muscle anyways!
I know that there will most likely be a temptation for me at work today:kneecaps. I really don't care for donuts, but these are clouds of loveliness. I will allow myself 2, and be great the rest of the day.

Today's Workout list:
Walk 2 Miles on Trail to clear mind.
Attempt of Fitness tape, but made excuses and went to bed.
The way I've been feeling, I'm happy with the 2 miles.
Better success tomorrow :)
