I didn't get to workout as much as I wanted to yesterday. I only walked 2.5 miles with a friend and then went to Curves. I still wored out so that's good :) My calories are too low as well and I will have to remember to eat more today. Body fat % was down to 51.1, which is still crazy, but I think it was 54 yesterday. Such a long way to go but I'll get there :)

I'm doing a H4H3 Challenge. I can't do videos, but I'm going to follow along anyways :) My main objective is to work out as much as possible. I need to focus back on being consistent with going to the gym. And my diet will be as plant based as possible :) Food is fuel. My goal is to lose 30 lbs, but I know that it isn't just about the numbers :)

I'm attempting a 2 week mini diet, focusing mostly on fresh foods and little to no soda. And of course working out more, even though I'm getting done with a cold.
Weigh in this morning: 228
BF%: 53.1!
