I've decided to give up the scale, and only weigh myself monthly. I'm donating my scale to a friend who needs a new one after hers died. I saw a Sparkpeople member show photos of her at all the same weight, but was different sizes. I know we all know we shouldn't cling to the number on the scale, but we do.

I had an amazing workout today at Curves, and burned about 250 calories. I plan on hitting on my treadmill later after I've cleaned the house a bit! Here's to a new me :D

Major PMS day...I was soooo good the entire day...even threw some red velvet cuppycakes out the window of the car...but then I came home and the monster came out. If I were to put in my calories on my splurge, I'm sure it would be almost another 900 calories. *sighs* Well I've been doing great for 2 weeks so I'm not going to let this hold me back tomorrow :D

I don't know if my breakfast was just awesome because it tasted awesome or because of the great taste of victory! I hit my first goal today...then moved the ticker down to 225. After I hit that, only 100 lbs to go!!

Here we go again :) I'm not touching my scale, though, until my birthday. (26th)
I did my Walk away for the Pounds 3 miles for the Abs today for workout...and tomorrow I'll do the same with my Aqua Zumba. :)
