I am a married mother of 2 beautiful children. I was pretty athletic in high school and college, yet when I was 120 lbs I thought I was fat. After going away to college, and eating the terrible food they serve there (along with late nite dining) and learning what alcohol was, I started slowly packing on the weight. After college I continued the partying lifestyle until I met my husband. My food choices were bad and I just didn't care. Then I had my first baby in 2007, I lost 27 lbs during my pregnancy due to severe hyperemesis. After I had her, I came out of the hospital 30 lbs lighter than I was before I got pregnant, and I thought AWESOME. But then I continued on my lack of motivation and poor eating trend. Put some weight back on, then I got pregnant with my son in 2009. I had him in 2010 after only gaining 11 lbs, yet when I came out of the hospital I didn't not drop any weight. I have put on a few lbs since then but have been fluctuating between 200 and 210 pounds. Finally, My husband and I got motivated to lose weight together (my husband is not really overweight, just a little out of shape). We are doing P90X and eating a low calorie diet. Hoping this gets me out of this cycle! My goal is ultimately to be 145lbs, I'm 31 and 5'3". But I'd like to at least be down to 175 by the summer :)
