Losing weight the healthy way. I aim for about 1600 calories a day and exercise 5 days a week. 19 years old, also balancing school, work, friends, family, and my love life.

The More Buddies, the Merrier?
Hey guys I'm looking for some weight loss buddies and am hoping someone reads this and wants to help out.

I've been on this site for a while now and have recently stalled in my weight loss because of unhealthy habits in December-early January. I'm losing weight the healthy way and am hoping that anyone who adds me is also doing so. (General rule of thumb is that I say healthy is 1200+ calories per day in buddies but I do BMR+AMR for myself). I know that's a little picky of me but otherwise I don't care much about age, weight, what diet you're using, location, and so forth.

I don't generally add my exercising into my calendar as I have a HRM but I hope with my data on some other people's radar, I'll be more motivated to post it.

I'll be there for you as long as you're there for me! Positive attitude please, I know we all can do this! Very Happy
