Once upon a time, there was this Foodie who had the ability to eat anything she wanted as much as she wanted and stay lean! Provided that she actually continued doing all the crazy activities that she was known for... unfortunately, she did not realize that.

One day, she broke her foot and was instructed by her doctor to not attempt to go on her usual adventures until he gave her permission. 8 months later, after the doctor gave her the go ahead to go back to her active life, this Foodie broke her foot... yet again.

Now, she's all healed, but while not being active and still consuming a ridiculous amount of food, she has found herself having to lose the 30lbs she gained in 3 years (and wants to lose even more!).

This is my journey... started 4/2010...

Fibre Supplements - HELP
You could try some Smooth Move Tea or buying Benefiber to add to your drinks. I'm all about the Benefiber. Smile

Cosmetics, oils?
Hi Susie!

Yes, for most hCG is sensitive to oils. Here are some reference sites:

Feel free to PM me if you have more questions! I'm on my second round.

If you follow the diet you will lose. If you want to maintain it, you will have to educate yourself and become disciplined.

Very true... and very important on not gaining the weight back. If you follow the diet all the phases, you will be able to maintain. There are a lot of people that are going many years strong and haven't gained the weight back. There are those that have gained some back, but they didn't change their lifestyle to being healthier after finishing.

I'm on my second round. I didn't gain during the time I was off hCG.

A diet is successful if a person is willing to change their habits. No, you don't have to live off salads and bland foods to maintain. You can have quite tasty things. You can indulge once in a while and not be afraid of gaining 5lbs the next day... but you also need to learn how to balance your intake with your caloric spending.

For example, I'm having a pig roast with all sorts of goodies in 2 weeks... I also know that if I want to maintain my new weight, I will have to compensate for that pig roast with a high protein day and my training session.

I know that next month when I start adding starches and sugars... I need to balance out the fats.

Longterm success from the results of this diet are dependent on the individual understanding how to balance all the vast food choices later on and making changes in their habits.
