I'm 56 years old a mother of 2[Boys 36 & 33 years of age]. I work as a Correctional Officer. I have been on my job almost 30 years. I have a passion for cooking which happened to be my career before becoming a Correctional officer. I begin gaining wait when I got pregnant with my 1st child weighing under 150 lbs. To make a long story short I never saw my weight under 150 again to this date. It was all up hill after that. After the 2nd child my weight went up and down but never under 200. i have tried a lot of diets in my days. This is the best so far I can't wait to start preparing some of these fantastic Keto recipes. So far it has been 14 days and I have lost 8 lbs just doing my own thing watching what I eat. God is good.
